Netflix is one of the most useful entertainment tools available. This company has revolutionized the movie renting process, and has broken new ground with its popular streaming service. One would think there would be smiles all around, but the truth is much more disappointing.

But with more people going online to get their content, it would seem the opposite is more likely.

Netflix isn’t a huge monopoly, yet, and their actions should help businesses in the same field develop other innovative features that enhances the user experience.
